3 Move Workout PLUS Yoga Stretch

Here’s a great 3 move workout for you! Get your heart pumping and then bring it down with the yoga stretch afterward. This is an amazing beginner workout! Amp it up by completing all 5 rounds.

Here’s Your 3 Move Workout~

Complete 5 rounds of the following:
AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for 1:00
~Ski Downs
~In & Out Squats
~Flutter Kicks

Follow along with the video to understand the moves!

Then for the yoga stretches (oh so good):
~Forward Fold
~Step into a Wide Fold (and stretch both sides as well)
~Then twist for a Split Leg Fold (on both sides)
~ And finish with Child’s Pose (stretching arms to the left and right also.)
