Need an ALL OVER abs workout that you can do at home or in the gym? I got you:

Abs 3 Ways: (Repeat Set 3x)

Plank Leg Lifts: 1 min total (switch legs @ 10 sec)
Oblique V-Ups: 10 each side
Reverse Crunch: 10 total

REPEAT 3x!
