This is LITERALLY one of the quickest, yummiest, easiest breakfasts around. AND it’s super clean as long as you get a natural greek yogurt. You will want to use plain and add a little raw honey for sweetness! Check the ingredients that there are only YOGURT and LIVE CULTURES! Not packed with sugars and additives. 1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup KIND Granola
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (or berries of your choice)
This one is easy, all you do is measure out your yogurt and mix in the granola and fruit! You can choose whatever clean granola you’d like (typically from the bulk aisle is where you’ll find the cleanest, with no bs additives, or you can go with the KIND Brand, which is the one I’ve found is the cleanest, best flavored.)
I personally love the crunch and burst of pomegranate seeds in my yogurt, but you can choose any berry here as well!
