I know, I GET IT. It’s super hard to want to do anything when you’re sick. Trust me, as someone with Cystic Fibrosis..that theme is my life. But implementing a few easy strategies into your “sick” time will really help you in the long run. Here’s just a few of the things I do when I’m run down.
