For those of you who need a more gentle or even a beginner workout, here you go! This is a yoga workout from my awesome ROCKIN’ BODY Society, and this one is absolutely a go to on rest days and days my group needs to stretch out those sore muscles.
Repeat this yoga flow sequence on both sides as many times as you like!
WHEN TO DO THIS YOGA WORKOUT:
Such a great workout for those days when you’re super sore but don’t want to get off track or stagnant with no workout.
This is also a great workout to get a little more flexible each week you do it. And as you know, flexibility will help prevent injury and prolonged soreness as well.
