High Intensity Workout: 3 Moves

Can you get a good high intensity workout in only 3 moves?

Of course you can!!

And this one will make you work! Short, sweet, and sweaty.



What is AMRAP?

It is “as many reps as possible”. It means to knock out as many reps as you can in the amount of time given.

In this high intensity workout, you get one full minute on each move.

Get in as many reps as  you can!!

Make it a competition with yourself and try to do better each round.


Perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute, then move onto the next move!


  1. Toe Taps
  2. Push-Ups
  3. Reverse Crunches


Do 3 TOTAL ROUNDS, with 60 seconds rest between each round.
