You guys want a KILLER cardio conditioning workout in only 3 moves? Oh man, oh man. I don’t know what possessed me when I thought of this combo of moves, but poor Justin. I made him not only video this to sample the moves, but then that night we also did this as an end to our shoulder workout! #killer!
Here’s how it goes:
Dog Crawl: Hands and Feet down, keep your knees up. Crawl forward as quick as possible with your knees staying behind your arms.
Reach Crawl: Hands and Feet down, this time you are stepping beside your arm (knee next to your elbow) while you reach with the opposite arm as far as you can.
Lateral Crossover Crawl: Start in plank, then you’ll be stepping your leg out to the side while you cross your arm over each other to the side.
The Workout: Each move you will go as fast as you can for 20 yards, stand up and skip back. Do this 3 times through with only a minute rest between each entire set (not between each move).
For an even more INTENSE workout, time yourself with no rest!
