Paleo Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are literally 3 ingredients. SO EASY and your kids will love them.

I usually eat mine with agave syrup or honey, but you can also spread a bit of natural peanut butter on them for the ultimate treat!

(and, these pancakes won’t break your paleo diet! They are also completely grain free, gluten free and dairy free. WIN!)


For those in the ROCKIN’ BODY Society, this recipe is 2 Units Carbs and 2 Units Protein! (add 2 Units of Premium Fat to balance this meal out)


Paleo Protein Pancakes

Paleo Protein Pancakes


  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (can use any flavor!)
  • 1 over ripe banana
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg


  1. Mix together bananas, eggs, and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Place a pan over medium heat.
  3. Spray the pan with a bit of oil.
  4. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute each side, depending how hot the pan is.
  6. Re-grease the pan, as needed.
  7. Enjoy!
