Peanut Butter and Jelly Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tsp peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey

Instructions

  1. Place the water, protein powder, raspberries, banana, nut butter, and agave nectar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Enjoy!
