Peanut Lime Healthy Salad Dressing

This healthy salad dressing is a tart and delicious Asian inspired dressing that can go on literally EVERYTHING.

My family absolutely makes extra of this recipe so that we can use it frequently. It’s super simple to use it to add flavor to just about anything!



Heck no! It would be outstanding on pork chops, or delicious to dip some Spring Rolls in!

It’s even a perfect pair in a quinoa salad like the Quinoa Shrimp Cocktail, or you can mix it in some chicken and broccoli for the ultimate stir fry.

Make this dressing ahead and put it in a mason jar in your fridge. Trust me, you’ll want to keep this one on hand!


Peanut Lime Dressing

Peanut Lime Dressing


  • 2tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp raw honey


  1. Place water, peanut butter, lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and store in refrigerator until ready for use.
