Salmon Wraps

When you’re looking to cook healthy meals for your family, you want recipes that are quick, easy, but also DELICIOUS. These salmon wraps are one of my family’s go to dinners, especially on busy nights when there’s no time.


The salmon cooks up in literally a few minutes!

The rest? It’s just chopping veggies. (which you can even prep ahead of time!)

For those of you in the ROCKIN’ BODY Society, these wraps make a perfect balanced dinner at 3 Units! (3 Units protein, 3 Units Premium carbs and 3 Units fat)

Salmon Wraps


  • 4 oz salmon steak, skin off
  • 3 pieces of leaf lettuce (red or green, or bib)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 handful chopped cilantro
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • sriracha sauce (if desired)


  1. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, dijon, garlic, and green onion.
  2. Slice up your salmon steaks into 1- 1 1/2 in thick slices and place in the bowl and coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  5. Once the salmon is darkened and marinated well, lay on a foil lined baking pan and cook until salmon is medium- well. (About 10 minutes.)
  6. Place 2-3 leaves of your lettuce on your plate, top with shredded cabbage and avocado.
  7. Add the salmon once it is cooked and pour some of the marinade over the top of each wrap as well.
  8. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lime onto your salmon and top with chopped cilantro.
  9. Add a squirt of spicy sriracha sauce, if desired.
  10. Serve, and ENJOY!
