To make a balanced snack, you’d add 2 Units of Protein and 2 Units of Fat and voila! Perfectly balanced.
For a few extra tips, here’s how to make smoothies (and not have chunks of greens that don’t fit through your straw!):
First, blend the liquid and the greens until all the greens are finely blended.
After that, add your fruit, protein powder and ice.
Use frozen fruit to avoid watering down the flavors with ice!
