Tuna Kale Smash


  • 3 oz tuna
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • sea salt


  1. Take all of the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
  2. Season with basil, sea salt and tbsp of balsamic vinegar.
  3. Taking the edge of your fork, smash in the avocado and tuna into the kale until it is soft and incorporated, mixing as you go.
  4. ENJOY!
